Zug, Switzerland, 30 May 2005 — Infront Sports & Media has signed its third radio deal in France for the 2006 FIFA World Cup™, emphasising yet again the growing importance of radio coverage.

The licensee is RTL, which has acquired non-exclusive radio rights in the French Language for the French territory, with access to all 64 matches.
 
As a result of Infront's focus on radio rights, radio coverage of the FIFA World Cup™ is becoming increasingly important as a category of the overall broadcast.
 
Oliver Seibert, an Executive Director of Infront said "French listeners will be able to tune into the FIFA World Cup™ with great ease — the interest shown in the 2006 event by French radio broadcasters is very encouraging, reflecting the huge popularity of football and the sometimes overlooked choice of radio as a convenient and effective medium."
